You are probably asking why do you need a Wedding Planner and why should I pick Theme Parties N More? There are countless reasons why you should hire a Wedding Coordinator but it is the millions of reasons you can not think of that you should hire a Wedding Coordinator. When your wedding is over, don't be the bride that says "If I only knew then what I know now, I would have hired a Wedding Planner.
Do you Know?
Do you know the best way to select your bridal party? Never, never ask someone to be a bridal-party member who’s financially strapped, unless you can afford to pay their expenses. Never, never select bridal party members just to make the numbers even, so that you have four bridesmaids, for example, because your groom has four groomsmen. The person whom you’ve invited, for no other reason than to “even up the sides” will know your motivation and it will come back to haunt you. Do you know the other rules?
Do you know that the average cost of a wedding today is a whopping $23,000. Wow! That’s a lot of dinero to spend on a four or five hour party. So it’s critical that you safeguard your investment and there’s an easy way to do it. Do you know how?
Do you know how to negotiate with vendors to get the best deal?
Do you know that cohabiting before marriage could be reason enough for a minister to deny your marriage?
Do you know that today, weddings are two-way streets and that the financial responsibility is now to be shared by the bride's parents, the groom's parents and the couple.
What happens if a not-so-honest employee (of your caterer) steals half your wedding gifts or your antique cake-topper?
Do you know that a wedding -- where emotions (and alcohol) flow freely -- can bring out less than stellar behavior in otherwise perfectly pleasant friends and family. Each week, we find more and more stories about out-of-control guests, who get into brawls, beat each other up and wind up in jail. Do you know that as the hosts of the affair you may be held responsible? Do you know how to protect yourself?
Do you know that food is one detail every wedding guest remembers? Whatever your budget, you should allot about 40 percent of it for catering.
Do you know that a Cash Bar is a NO, NO.?
What happens if someone spills a glass of red wine on your magnificent, once-in-a-lifetime, white wedding gown in the middle of the reception?
We once knew a bride who hired a photographer who used a very old Hasselblad camera... (the Rolls Royce of cameras)... but the thing was so out-of-date that it didn’t signal the photographer that it was malfunctioning (like new cameras). The bride ended up with not one photo of her wedding and reception. Do you know how she could have protected herself?
If you had the choice of looking at your grandmother’s wedding video… or her photo album, which would you prefer?
These are only a few of the things that a wedding planner is able to advise you about.

7. ORGANIZATION OF DETAILS - Many weddings have one hundred or more details to think about. Believe it. It's true. Once all the planning is under way, a Wedding Coordinator will bring to your attention many decisions to make that you probably have not thought about yet allowing you to relax and enjoy your special event rather than worrying about all last minute details or relying on family and friends to follow through on tasks you have assigned.
6. EVENT DIRECTOR - A Wedding Coordinator will direct and manage your event by making sure everything goes smoothly and that all elements of the wedding merge together at the appropriate times . Direction includes announcements, toasts, special dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss, etc., keeping the day flowing seamlessly. A Coordinator will organize everything with ease while working behind the scenes to bring your event together and ensure that all the personalized touches of your wedding are in their proper places. A Coordinator will work diligently in making certain that all personal treasured mementos are returned to the designated individual at the end of the reception to be returned to the Bride and Groom.
5. SAVES TIME - If you are extremely busy, a Wedding Coordinator can save you a tremendous amount of time. It takes many hours to plan the perfect wedding - the average wedding can take as much as 250 hours just to plan. With today's hectic lifestyles, you may not have time to compare all the options, make sure you get the best deal, or make sure all the details are in place.
4. ACT AS YOUR MEDIATOR/NEGOTIATOR – A Wedding Coordinator can help resolve conflicts, smooth situations, and keep conflicts to a minimum in addition to assisting with contract negotiations which can help save you money.
3. VENDOR MANAGEMENT - A Wedding Coordinator will supervise all vendors hired by the Bride and Groom during the event so the couple can enjoy their special day and not be burdened with following up with the photographer, musicians, etc. on all the tasks assigned during the event.
