Weddings Are Complex, taking hundreds of hours to plan and coordinate. Most brides work full-time making wedding planning difficult and the necessary legwork almost impossible to accomplish.

Why are Weddings so complex?  The wedding industry is dominated by small businesses. Think of it as a pie with each slice representing a different business (ceremony venues, reception venues, officiants, cake designers, musicians, caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, & etc.) Each provides its goods and services for your wedding day. That’s why wedding coordination is so time consuming and difficult—and that’s why you should consider hiring a consultant.

Whether your wedding is small or large, the workload is the same and so are the components. Venues have to be rented. Dresses, flowers, food, cake and liquor purchased. Entertainment has to be provided. The list seems endless.

What does wedding planning cost?

No two weddings are alike, so the services of a certified wedding consultant differs with each wedding and event. After years of tweaking our range of services and because every couple is different, we prefer to customize a package to accommodate each bride and her family for the special day.

Our Fees vary depending on the size, complexity, and the number of hours needed to set-up and coordinate your wedding and the services that you require.

Our initial consultation fee is $100.00 for a 2 hour consultation. This consultation begins with an in depth questionnaire identifying your true personality, entertaining style, and vision of your wedding.

After the consultation you will receive a written proposal for our services based on your budget and a contract for our services. The contract along with your deposit must be returned to us before your date is booked with us.

If you hire us to plan your wedding, the initial $100.00 consultation fee will be credited to your total contracted amount. If you do not book our services the $100.00 consultation fee is non-refundable.

Full Service Planning - Partial Planning - Month of Wedding - Day of Wedding - Hourly Advice Sessions - Monthly Phone & E-mail advice plan.

Budget Planning - Before setting a date, or planning any other components of your wedding you need to establish financial guidelines. Most brides, grooms & their families have no idea of the costs - but we do! This session is designed to give you hard hitting facts about what the wedding industry averages are for a wedding today. Our goal is to get a bottom-line figure. Once we do, we will be able to help you formulate a realistic budget for your wedding. The structuring of a reasonable, practical budget - one that everyone can work with - is the most important thing you can do to ensure peace of mind, low stress levels, and the hapiness of everyone involved in contributing to your wedding. Nothing sours a wedding like financial problems.

Event Design - Based on our initial consultantion and in-depth questionnaire, our design team can design your wedding complete with luxury and creative options for everything from the invitations, ceremony decor, flowers, favors, menus, cake, to music, allowing you to customize your gathering.

Personal consultations and meetings. Hourly rates available.

Professional advice and guidance with unlimited consultation via email and telephone. Monthly rates available.

Assistance with venue search

Vendor referrals based on your design concept and budget (photography, videography, custom invitations, lighting, officiant, caterer, etc)

Scheduling and attendance of meetings with vendors  (photography, videography, custom invitations, lighting, custom cakes & etc.) based on your needs.

Reviewing of proposals and terms of final contracts with referred vendors.

Scheduling and attendance of floral design meetings and any follow up meetings.

Attendance at menu selection and details meeting with catering manager

Reviewing and proofing of your Banquet Event Order

Assistance with selection and wording of all stationery (invitations, programs, escort cards, etc)

Put Together and Mailing invitations

Coordinating the selection and delivery of gifts and welcome baskets

Contacting all service vendors for arrival times, review of contract particulars, venue's procedures for unloading, setup and teardown.

Confirmation of all vendor orders and quantities on rental items.

Working with musicians on timeline for formalities (first dance, cake cutting, etc)

Distribution of client approved timeline to all vendors one week prior to event.

Communication with banquet staff regarding setup and compliance of floor plans, placement for any rental orders (chairs, linens, lounge furniture, etc).

Coordination of ceremony rehearsal with officiant, bridal party, and family.

Assistance with marriage license information

Instructing ushers on proper seating and program distribution

Setup of all personal items such as toasting glasses, escort cards, programs, menus, favors, & etc.

Management of final payments and gratuities to vendors

Consultant and assistants to attend to brides needs on the wedding day.
